It is a good option to eat something different (Korean food). But it is not so delicious, and the service is also not so good. If you really want to try Korean food, you should looking for a more traditional Korean restaurant, with fresh food. I didn't have a great experience there, but I can't say that was horrible or something like that... It is just "ok"... That is what I can say, been honest.

Excellent spot for delicious Korean BBQ. The staff was very sociable and kind. The place has an awesome feel to it. This place has many great reviews for a reason.

Satisfactory for steam-table food. The meat bore little resemblance to proper Korean barbecue (no grill was in sight), but it was tasty and a good price considering the location. The soda fountain was broken.

Good spot to grab food while at the Moscone Center. I ordered tofu with noodles though and the tofu was scorching hot and there was way too much. I also didn't like how the food was served so hot in plastic to go boxes. These types of boxes are better suited for cold meals.
